This very cute toddler doll made by Effanbee in the 1940’s has been in my personal collection for many years I originally purchased her because she reminded me of the Pedigree Hard Plastic 10 inch Grumpy doll. This sweet baby has general crazing which has never bothered me this has lifted only on the area in the corner of her left eye there is also some paint missing where her head has rubbed against her neck this is best seen in the last picture. She come to her new Mummy wearing her original pure wool cat hat ,vest and pants complete with some moth holes. her price reflects her condition.
