Layaways
A layaway service can be arranged for goods over the value of £100 unless stated otherwise in the description.
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the cost is required to secure the item and can be paid by Bank Transfer GB pounds.
The remainder of the balance can be paid in installments to suit you providing the entire balance is paid by completion date 6 weeks after reservation.
Your item will not be reserved until deposit is received and will not be posted until it has been paid for in full.
In the event of a customer layaway default, payments received to date excluding the deposit will be refunded and the item will be put back up for sale.
Please note.. layaways are non transferable, deposits are non refundable and returns/ exchanges are not permitted on layaways.
Delivery
Overseas buyers are welcome to purchase their order via the website to secure their item. An invoice for postage costs to your destination will then be sent to you. Postage may need to be adjusted according to destination.
All orders are usually dispatched within 1 week to 10 days of payment ( during Covid outbreak) payment can be made via bank transfer (preferred) or paypal.
Sorry returns and exchanges are not accepted. The same rule applies for layaways and deposits are non refundable.

All items for sale on the Carols Dolls website are sold as seen, described and photographed..
Damage and excess wear or repair work will be clearly pointed out in the description and will be photographed accordingly.
Please remember, the dolls for sale on this website are antique/vintage hence they were once played with by a child and in some cases several generations of children. Signs of love, age and wear are part of their history and are to be expected.
