This is a beautiful 10inch Baby doll made by Pedigree in the 1950’s she was made into a Fairy by a lucky little girls clever Mummy over 70 years ago. The doll is very minty and has lovely blue sleeping eyes complete with their original eyelashes. I have restrung her as her elastic had broken her dress had never been removed before I could only take it off for the pictures here, when her arms were off as it was stitched on the doll from new. The net does have some damage in many places and if it were not so fragile I would have attempted to mend it however the taffeta underneath is fine and she displays beautifully. The doll has no damage that I can see and only some very very minor fading to her face. A little Christmas Angel from long ago.
